Saint James has a variety of groups and activities for children, young people and families.
More than 100 children aged 0-11 regularly attend the Sunday groups at St. James. A team of over 80 trained volunteers provide age appropriate worship and Bible teaching in a fun and safe environment. There are also activities in the week.
The youth ministry at St James is run by a dedicated team of leaders and young people, providing friendship, fun and teaching that helps to build young disciples. The Parish Safeguarding Policy & Procedures can be viewed HERE.
Whether you are thinking of having a church or registry office wedding, St James offers you a Marriage Preparation Course designed for couples who want to build a strong and lasting relationship.
We have baptisms as part of our family services at 10.45am and 4pm in Gerrards Cross – usually on the first Sunday of the month. We also baptise adults by full immersion in our evening Nexus service at 6.30pm. In baptism we welcome those who are new to the family of the church. For enquiries about baptism please contact the church office (01753 883311) or via the contact form.
We work in partnership with Care for the Family which in their 25 years of experience, has built up excellent research based resources and comprehensive training for all facilitators. There is something very special in meeting up with other mums, dads and carers on one of our Positive Parenting courses
