As a church we passionately believe that children are the church of today and tomorrow and that children have a special place in God’s family.
It is our vision to create stimulating, fun and caring communities for children aged 0-11, which inspires increasing numbers of children to discover the Christian faith and to support them and their families as they grow towards maturity in Christ.

Tiny Tots at St James is a relaxed and creative place for pre-school children, parents and carers. The vision for Tiny tots is to provide a distinctively Christian setting for children together with their parent or carer. A safe place where you can meet new people, have fun and experience community.
Our courses are informal, friendly and fun. We discuss all those difficult issues head on including child development, temperament, building parent/child relationships, setting and keeping boundaries, managing feelings, drug proofing, internet safety and keeping sane as a parent – depending on the age and stage of your child.
Every week well over 150 boys come together to have fun, make friendships and score goals. There is also a chance to hear all about the other ways we help children enjoy life and faith at St James.”
Bright Lights is an opportunity for children to use their gifts, gain experience and confidence in different skills, be part of a group and have fun!
Our groups run on an adhoc basis, so please check our Bright Lights Page for more details
